RETURN POLICY

We hope your purchase brings you joy! Our return policies vary for online purchases and those purchased in-store.  Please review the policy that aligns with your purchase below.

ONLINE ORDERS

Apparel

Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns where tags have been removed or where the item(s) have been worn, soiled with make-up or deodorant, washed, damaged or made defective.

Items must be returned in their original condition.

Gifts maybe exchanged or returned for store credit only.

Personalized items and special order items may not be cancelled or returned.

Housewares, décor items, candles, games, handbags, and jewelry may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date for store credit only.

All “SALE” or discounted items are final sale and thus not returnable.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer – we do not pay or credit for return shipping costs.

All returns require a return authorization number – please contact us at 4thewriteinvite@gmail.com so that we may assist you.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

We do not accept returns on merchandise purchased in-store.  If you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, we are happy to issue you a store credit within 7 days of the date of your purchase.
